'In A Quiet Room' Accepted to North Carolina Film Festival!

"In A Quiet Room" has been selected to be included in the 2025 North Carolina Film Festival! The event marks the film's six festival appearance and its North Carolina premiere.
The festival will take place Aug. 2, 2025 in New Bern, NC. The schedule will be announced on the festival's website, along with ticketing information.
Sponsored by nonprofit Eno River Media, the New Bern Civic Theatre, and others, the North Carolina Film Festival is "devoted to fortifying the pillars of the independent film, television and video industry."
During its festival run, "In A Quiet Room" has won three awards and garnered three additional nominations. Writer/director James Faucett won 'Best Georgia Filmmaker at the Broad Street Film Festival in March, the film won "Best Narrative Short" at the St. Auggie Shorts Film Festival in February, and lead actor Karen Carlson picked up a "Best Actor" win at the Georgia Shorts Film Festival last year.
