'In A Quiet Room' Picks Up 3 Nominations at Broad Street Film Festival!

The film has scored two wins and four nominations since its release

"In A Quiet Room" has been nominated for three awards at the Broad Street Film Festival!


The film was nominated as "Best Short," Karen Carlson was nominated as "Best Actress," and wrriter/director James Faucett was nominated as "Best Georgia Filmmaker."


"I'm tremendously grateful our team's hard work on this project has been recognized with these nominations," Faucett said. "Everyone gave it their all, and Karen amazed us every day with her enthusiasm and dedication. I was honored to have the opportunity to work with such a talented cast and crew."


Winners will be announced March 9 at an awards ceremony that will take place at the conclusion of the festival. "In A Quiet Room" will screen that same day at 2:05 p.m.


The film has scored two wins and four nominations since its release. Carlson picked up a "Best Actor" win at the Georgia Shorts Film Festival last year, and the film won "Best Narrative Short" at the St. Auggie Shorts Film Festival in February.
